By downloading or using AI Photo Redesign ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You keep all rights to the photos you upload and to the results you create. You are responsible for having the right to use any photo you upload, and for how you use the results. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent.
You agree not to use the app to create content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, or that impersonates another person in a deceptive or harmful way. We may limit or end access for misuse.
Results are generated by AI and are intended for personal, creative use. They are stylized edits, not factual representations. Quality can vary with the input photo.
The app is free to download; photos are available through subscriptions (Weekly $1.99, Yearly $49.99) or one-time packs from $0.99. Additional photos are available through subscriptions or one-time photo packs. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. One-time photo packs are non-refundable once the photos are used, except where required by law.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, AI Photo Redesign is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
